The development of the AUD$1.4 billion, 39-story Atlassian Headquarters in Sydney's burgeoning innovation and technology hub (Sydney Tech Central) is currently under development and is expected to be completed in 2027. The Atlassian building is a pioneer in sustainable construction, aiming to reduce upfront embodied carbon by 50% through the integration of low-carbon construction materials.
