Digital Marketing Officer - Canberra

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our nationally-reaching Marketing team for a Digital/Marcomms/PR professional to manage and engage with Engineers Australia’s social media community across all digital platforms. This includes: regularly monitoring and responding to day to day social media feeds and requests, responding to website requests and working with stakeholders across the business to schedule eDMs and social media posts. 

In addition to this, the Digital Marketing Officer will also provide administration support to the broader Marketing team as required including managing the team’s collateral on the organisation’s intranet, assisting in developing social media and eDM reports, and supporting the Digital Marketing and Content Manager as required.

Marketing Campaign Officer - Canberra

National Manager, Credentials Development - Canberra

We are looking for a highly experienced professional adept at facilitating change in key business processes to support and develop new EA credential products, which are our highly acclaimed certifications that recognise professional engineering excellence. National Manager, Registration - Canberra or Melbourne

We are looking for a senior engineering professional with strong industry experience and networks to lead our efforts to ensure Australia has an effective national engineering registration system.

The National Manager, Registration also works closely with the EGM, PSP, and other senior managers across EA and externally, to enhance engineering practices though the development of employer-based engineering capability frameworks, and to support the development of international relationships and agreements through our links with international engineering organisations and/or governments to ensure EA offers world class engineering credentials.

Assessors (EOI) - Canberra

Are you an experienced Engineer looking for a change of pace and a better work/life balance? Do you have fantastic customer service skills and would you like to give back to your profession through your day-to-day work? If you answered yes to these questions, you may be interested in working as an Assessor in the future.

As an Assessor within the Assessments team at Engineers Australia, you will assess the qualifications and/or skills of engineering professionals with regards to a number of international and national standards and accords.

More specifically, the Assessments team conduct the following assessments:

  • Migration Skills Assessment (MSA) for migration purposes in conjunction with the Australian Federal Government’s Skilled Occupation List (SOL);
  • In order to determine eligibility for inclusion on Engineers Australia’s National Engineering Register (NER);
  • Assessment of Competency Demonstration Reports (CDR) as a part of the broader Migration Skills Assessment; and
  • Stage 1 assessments to determine eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
