People Advisor – VIC

We are seeking a People Advisor to provide effective HR generalist support, services and advice in order to drive performance excellence that supports Engineers Australia’s broader strategic priorities.

Associate Project Manager – WA, VIC, NSW

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager in each of Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

Project Manager – Business Transformation – WA, VIC, NSW

We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager in each of Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

Customer Engagement Agent – WA, ACT 

We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Agent to provide a proactive level of service through outbound engagement between Engineers Australia National Office, our members, potential members, other organisations as well as the public.

Marketing Manager, Member Acquisition and Digital Campaigns – VIC, ACT

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager, Member Acquisition and Digital Campaigns in each of Victoria and the ACT to lead a team of marketing and digital professionals to develop and lead the execution of strategies, increase market awareness, drive membership growth through targeted acquisition campaigns and generate demand for Engineers Australia’s product portfolio.

PT Payroll Officer – ACT, QLD

We are currently seeking two part-time Payroll Officers with a minimum of three years experience in general accounting and office procedures.

Administration and Events Assistant – QLD

The Administration and Events Assistant supports Engineers Australia’s Groups and Technical Societies, coordinates events, provides administration support to the Division and acts as a point of contact for enquiries to the office

EEA, Learning & Development Support Officer  – NSW, QLD , VIC

We are currently seeking EEA, Learning and Development Support Officers to support EEA clients and customers with information and guidance on EEA products and services .

Customer Engagement Agent – ACT

Take the helm as our first point of contact for our members, potential members, external stakeholders and the public at our Canberra call centre.

With more than 300 employees across nine locations around Australia, Engineers Australia is always looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals from a broad range of backgrounds to join our team.

Although we do not have any 'in the field' engineering positions, we do offer a broad range of office-based opportunities focused on providing a fantastic range of products, services and support to our internal and external stakeholders including our members and the broader engineering community. 

To become the best we possibly can be, we often have a need for experienced professionals with varying skillsets, including administration, information technology, events, marketing, business development, finance and public affairs. We also have needs from time to time for more technically-focused roles which require a rich knowledge of engineering.
