Tim Boulton

Tim Boulton has emerged as a leading structural engineer in Australasia via his involvement in the successful delivery, over the past decade, of a number of landmark building projects.

His approach to building design is underpinned by a strong grasp of first principles, an in-depth knowledge of materials and his exceptional ability to apply advanced computer analysis, design and documentation packages. These engineering skills are supplemented by his fascination and in depth knowledge of the processes used to construct the buildings he designs. He relates equally well to both his fellow design consultants and the project contractors.
His work and reputation brings him regularly in contact with the best and brightest players in the Australian property industry, working on a broad range of projects, including commercial, residential, retail, industrial, educational and health projects.
Over the past decade Tim has been involved in delivery of several landmark building projects. Most recently, he led the design and site phase for 60 Martin Place Sydney and the award-winning office tower 1 Bligh Street Sydney. He has designed numerous 40 story plus buildings in Sydney and Brisbane and was design lead on just completed 18 storey student accommodation project at Gray Street in Adelaide.
