Overview

Australia has embarked on the most complex transformation of air traffic management (ATM) in its aviation history  a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a unified solution to Australia’s future ATM needs. The OneSKY Australia Program is an unprecedented partnership between Airservices Australia and the Department of Defence to develop a new integrated civil and military ATM system, known as CMATS. CMATS replaces the current civilian ATM system and Defence ATM system to be the most advanced and integrated ATM system in the world. This seminar will begin with a presentation from OneSKY Program Director David Webb, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session with representatives from Thales, Defence and Airservices Australia.

David Webb

David Webb is the OneSKY Program Director and has an extensive back ground in Air Traffic Management. His experience includes the management of safety critical operations, the management of engineering commercial contracts, projects and change programs in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
