Kyle Mortimer
Alliance General Manager | Western Program Alliance

Kyle Mortimer is the Alliance General Manager for the Western Program Alliance (WPA), an integrated partnership including McConnell Dowell and the Victorian state government, which was established to remove level crossings and undertake other major rail-related projects around Melbourne. Kyle’s team has successfully delivered four major projects over the last three years and are currently delivering an additional four, all of which have remained safe, operational and productive throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kyle’s career spans 22 years and includes corporate strategy, planning and management roles in the rail, road, ports, power and electrical industries.

Sean Twomey
Industry Solutions Manager APAC | Bluebeam

Originally a Civil Engineer, Sean has over 20 years working in the BIM/GIS/Design space. This includes highways, bridges, tunnels and structures, both from the design perspective as well as the construction/surveying perspective before moving into the software industry, working with consulting and implementations across multiple BIM Projects. In his current role as Industry Solutions Manager, Sean’s main functions are to help customers to improve workflows and interact with key figures within in the industry to help provide insights for the Bluebeam team in future development and focus.

Robert Hoffmann
Senior Consultant | KPMG

Robert is a Senior Consultant working within KPMG’s Planning and Infrastructure Policy Advisory Practice. He is an experienced consultant with a background in civil engineering and project management with a broad range of experience in transport infrastructure, state government and the private sector. Robert is currently the Co-Chair of the Emerging Professionals in Infrastructure Queensland, Vice Chairperson of Young Engineers Australia (National), and EA QLD Division Committee Member. In his spare time, Robert loves to cook, run and train at F45.
