Construction Solutions Director, Suffolk Construction
Erin Khan is the Los Angeles Construction Solutions Director at Suffolk Construction, where she applies over eight years of construction industry expertise to drive operational excellence through data analytics, process innovation, and technology in the Southern California region. Also, as a Suffolk Data Team support, she is involved with developing PowerBI dashboards and other innovation projects for the company.
Prior to her current role at Suffolk, Erin served as a Senior Project Engineer, where she was staffed on landmark Los Angeles renovation projects such as the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and USC Heritage Hall. Also experienced in IT, she provided critical technology standardization and software implementation support, and advised on multiple ERP software upgrades.
Erin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering, a certificate in Business Analytics: Data to Insights from The Wharton School, and is EIT, LEED AP BD+C, and OSHA-10 certified.
In addition to guest lecturing about construction technology and innovation at USC and UCLA, in the Los Angeles community, she serves as the local Bluebeam User Group Co-Champion, and volunteers her time as a Signature Project Leader through L.A. Works.
Director, Digital Enablement, Aurecon
With a Civil Engineering background and an MSc in IT Management in Construction, Will has developed a wealth of experience in managing and implementing a digital and collaborative approach to delivering built assets, both strategically and technically, with much of his career to date with a UK Main Contractor. Will joined Aurecon from Transport for London (TfL), the UK’s largest infrastructure operator/owner, having delivered a business transformation programme for Information Modelling & Management (IM&M) in line with the UK Governments BIM Level 2 Mandate for 2016.

Throughout Shanoc’s personal and professional life, he has cultivated a passion that drives him to improve himself, the programmes he uses and the team around him. Since moving from CAD to BIM in 2008, he has focused on what we can do with the data to improve product predictability and reliability. Moving deeper into Digital Construction, he gets to continue to problem-solve, think creatively, use his practical experience in Structural Engineering and build-ability across the AEC industry.
