Building a solar EV prototype car from scratch

Start time: 5:30pm AEST. Join us to learn how a team of undergraduate engineering students are developing solar EV prototype car brining all the latest energy, material and aero technologies together to enhance the future of automotive technology.
Building a solar EV prototype car from scratch

Join us and hear about how a once-extra-curricular student project has become a course in its own right, and a world recognised brand, and how a team of exceptional undergraduate engineering students when given no boundaries can create exceptional solutions to very relevant problems.

We will explain how the team takes a blank sheet of paper and in 18 months build a solar EV prototype car with a range of over 1200km bringing all of the latest energy, material and aero technologies together to showcase what can be done.
